Terms and Conditions for Specials

1. Not all units are included in the accommodation specials
2. Special offers are subject to availability, date and allotment
3. The resort may be full or close to full during a special period, management reserves the right to affirm or deny a special rate based on availability during these periods
4. This special is only available for nominated dates
5. The management reserves the right to choose specific apartments for each special. Guests will not have the ability to nominate preferred apartments
6. 100% payment is required to secure booking. Cancellations will receive 50% refund.
7. rare cases, extended bookings may need to change units during the duration of stay. This will be avoided where possible
8. Guests with existing bookings cannot cancel bookings to obtain special rates
